Spare Parts for Pellet Presses
For pellet presses, we supply a broad range of spare and wear parts, individually, as assemblies or based on a sample. Specifications are adapted to existing plants, operating conditions and required service life. Our range includes:
- rollers and roller shafts
- main shafts and rotors
- ring dies
- eccentric shafts
- wear rings and reinforcement rings
- roller plates and other press-specific components
All parts are available on request or based on a sample.
Modified press rotor
The press rotor shown was developed as a replacement and optimization component for a ring-die pellet press. The starting point was a worn sample, which was structurally analyzed and specifically revised in relevant functional and wear areas.
The modified design incorporates adapted geometries, optimized power transmission, and improved bearing and sealing arrangements to increase service life and operational reliability in continuous operation.

When Standard Solutions Reach Their Limits
The components shown here are not stock items or catalogue spare parts. They arose from specific problems in ongoing plant operation, where standard solutions did not meet practical requirements over the long term. Using existing machines, worn components or unstable assemblies as a basis, we analyze the actual operational weaknesses.
Based on this, we develop adapted, structurally revised solutions that can be integrated into existing plants without changing their established infrastructure. Our approach is reverse engineering with added value: understand, simplify and improve, always in relation to the actual application.
