Engineering design and technical development
Our core business covers the technical development and engineering design of machine components, assemblies and industrial plants. Our work ranges from concepts and technical dimensioning to production-ready documentation, modification planning for existing facilities and technical support during implementation.

Project execution is adapted to the task, the condition of the plant and the available as-built data. CAD/CAM systems and 3D laser scanning (FARO) enable existing facilities to be captured as point clouds and transferred into digital models. Further processing is carried out in HiCAD and HELiOS, including structured bill-of-materials and document management in the PDM system.
The focus is on technically robust and economically viable solutions for new builds, modifications, revamps and retrofits.
