2. What data we process and why
2.1 Website visits (server log files)
When you visit our website, the hosting provider or our server automatically processes information such as your IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser and operating system, and referrer URL.
Purpose: operation, security, and error analysis (legitimate interest).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Storage period: Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for security and operation, typically a few days, unless longer retention is required for security reasons.
2.2 Contacting us (email / telephone / form)
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry, in order to respond to your request.
Purpose: communication, preparation of quotations and contracts, and support.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries).
Storage period: for as long as necessary to process the request, followed by retention in accordance with statutory obligations, for example under commercial or tax law.
2.3 Customer and contract processing
If we enter into a business relationship, we process the personal data required for quotations, service delivery, invoicing, and communication.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).
