We stand for well thought-out product design, sound development and precise construction – from the initial concept to verifiable technical documentation. Our services include the design of machine components, the creation of production-ready documentation, modification planning for existing products and technical support through to commissioning.

We combine traditional approaches (waterfall model) with agile elements such as iterative planning, milestone logic and flexible responses to change requests – depending on the project requirements. We rely on modern tools and digital processes: Using CAD/CAM technology and precise 3D laser scanning (FARO), we capture real objects as point clouds and convert them into digital twins – ideal for conversions, retrofits and inventory optimization. Further processing takes place directly in the CAD system (HiCAD / HELiOS), including structured parts list management in the PDM.

We are just as familiar with terms such as Gantt planning, milestone controlling, stakeholder communication and risk assessment as we are with the real dynamics on construction sites and in plants. Our hybrid way of working enables both plan-based and agile process models – as required.
